HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they OVERCHARGE you for everything. During my time with Grande, I had to call in ALL THE TIME!

I was overcharged multiple times and told conflicting information from different representatives. My favorite is when they would tell me there's nothing they can do about the additional charges and just to pay them on top of the exorbitant amount in other fees they collect monthly ($50 a month in taxes just for tv, really?!). Then they want me to pay them extra for screwing up?! Great advice!

The last straw was when they charged me for an additional 4 days of service after my account was cancelled!!!

Oh, and the actual tv/internet service was subpar too! It was always going down and the internet speed they claimed was 200 never ever went above 10!!!
