I have been a customer of Grande for 6 years and know after your locked in price is expired they increase your bill. All the other years I have been able to negotiate a fair Increase.

This year my bill went from 209 a month to 277 with no notification. I called and was told my boxes were old and if I switched out to newer tivo boxes I could lower my bill to 235. I did that and now find out the new boxes turn off after 4 hours of viewing. I have someone that has to sleep with the tv on and when it switches off they wake up.

I know this is not a problem for most people but there are a few that need the back ground noise.

I called grande and they said the only way I could get that resolved is to switch back to old boxes but my bill would go back up. Hello, it already has and now you are going to tell me how long I can view my tv before it switches off.

Reason of review: Access/ activation issues.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Switch to streaming and tell grande to keep their stuff....

I called customer service because because Grande increased my monthly bill by $70 to $210. This $210 is for Cable and 200MB internet.

No movie or extra sports channels. No phone. This is insane. All I asked is that Grande match Spectrum market prices.

Grande Reps said "we don't compete on price" and refused to be market competitive.

IF you choose Grande, expect your bill to start exploding every couple of months. I'm leaving Grande.
