I have never experienced such horrible customer service in all my adult life. Every time I call (and I have to call often for various issues), the wait time is over 20 minutes.
The customer service personnel is not particularly trained to be helpful, supportive or polite. Our TV's randomly "lose" the connection to the main TIVO box, usually in the middle of a great show or exciting football game. I have been trying to get a technician out here for almost a week and still have not had one show up. They are unapologetic and unsympathetic.
I'm switching to AT&T! I cannot be worse than this.
