Internet wasn't working. it goes down for a period of time daily.
That's why I'm leaving you for SuddenLink, and they're cheaper, too.
When I called you for tech support, I got voice mail and no help.
I wanted to speak to your tech. Couldn't find him/her no matter how many buttons I push.
Internet is internet (well that's not true, I guess, since you can't keep it on), but customer service is everything.

i called about why my wifi payment increased and the customer rep was rude. his exact words were " well just like everything in the store increases, it does increase here too. im sure things aren't always the same at Walmart"

Preferred solution: apology and price reduction, i didnt even get to ask if i had any options, and after the rude interaction, i clearly didnt want to ask him after waiting on the phone for 23 minutes

They did help with billing, but dont appreciate the getting the email that says pissed off customer, very unprofessional!!

The only reason I have cable is to watch football games, but it seems like every time I want to sit in my living room and watch a game, Tivo mini is broken!! Just this football season we have had a few issues, at least once but I think twice, we have had to schedule a tech to come out and replace the Tivo for one reason or another.
If I can't watch the game, what is the point of paying for cable?
Then their wait time is over 20mins for customer service on the phone. I look to the website for a web chat for tech support and it says they are open for chat until 10:45 pm, yet there is no chat button you can click to start a chat....?
