Internet wasn't working. it goes down for a period of time daily.

That's why I'm leaving you for SuddenLink, and they're cheaper, too.

When I called you for tech support, I got voice mail and no help.

I wanted to speak to your tech. Couldn't find him/her no matter how many buttons I push.

Internet is internet (well that's not true, I guess, since you can't keep it on), but customer service is everything.

Poor service and customer service

Daily the internet isn't working for a while. It is almost impossible to reach a customer service rep. I quit them and went with an alternative provider.

Who ever reads this please do not ever do business with Grande. Grande had the worse customer service I have ever had the opportunity to deal. Including Territory manager. I repeat do not do business with this company. I will be looking to move my internet back to other *** internet service providers.

Pissed Consumer

The only reason I have cable is to watch football games, but it seems like every time I want to sit in my living room and watch a game, Tivo mini is broken!! Just this football season we have had a few issues, at least once but I think twice, we have had to schedule a tech to come out and replace the Tivo for one reason or another.

If I can't watch the game, what is the point of paying for cable?

Then their wait time is over 20mins for customer service on the phone. I look to the website for a web chat for tech support and it says they are open for chat until 10:45 pm, yet there is no chat button you can click to start a chat....?

They fixed the problem

Started using mygrande on November 2019. 300GB plan $54.99. First bill $90.14 which is ok new plan/connection and fees. No problem. December bill $149.99 WTF January bill $149.99 ... ok something is wrong. Chat with them online and they say that's their price per month for the basic internet service WTF! Why would you advise $54.99 then? Canceled on the spot.

Watch out for this company

Grande decides what you can do on your internet connection. I understand if you're trying to do something illegal but VOIP isn't. I checked with the router manufacturer and they assure me it'd Grande who is blocking VOIP. Grande just lies about it and says they don't. You can't talk to anyone higher up the techs all claim to know everything and there is no one else who knows anything else. Blocking VOIP is against FCC rules, but they don't care.
